1. How much are delivery costs?

• There are no delivery costs. We deliver for FREE nation wide! (Free delivery only in South Africa)

2. How long does it take to receive my product?

• After purchase, you will receive your product within 7 working days.
• Please note: If you make a purchase on weekends or public holidays, your order will only be processed on the next business day.

3. Why is the BUY 1 GET 1 FREE discount not working?

• This discount only applies to certain products.

4. How do I get a discount on my first purchase?

• Firstly, sign up for your 10% discount by entering your email on the Pop - Up page.
• After adding your products to the cart, proceed to check out. At the bottom of the checkout page, you will be asked to enter your code, thereafter the discount will automatically apply.

5. Does the BUY 1 GET 1 FREE option work with the "discount on first purchase?"

• Yes. The BUY 1 GET 1 FREE bundle can be paired with the "10% discount code.”
